In order to support our growth, we are currently looking to appoint 2 Telesales Agents responsible for selling within territories in the South and South East of England.
These roles will be remunerated on a commission only basis, and the successful applicants would be expected to work from home. Exclusive sales territories are available and are based upon the number of hours worked.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Title: Telesales Agent.
Reports to: Director.
Based at: Home.
Job purpose:
To sell, using the telephone, online advertising products to existing and potential clients, so that revenue is maximised.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
• To achieve or exceed agreed revenue targets.
• To be able to present key features and benefits of products to secure new business.
• To identity and follow up on new business opportunities.
• To maintain appropriate level of contact with existing clients.
• To create and update prospect data lists to provide cold call targets.
• To maintain and develop a computerised client and prospect database.
Person profile:
• Proven telesales track record within organisation with similar product range.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well presented and organised with an excellent telephone manner.
• Positive and flexible "can do" attitude, personable & very proactive.
• Integrity and professionalism.
• Reliable, with complete discretion and professionalism at all times.
• Work on their own initiative.
